[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Prior to joining Scan Modul, Patrick was CEO and shareholder of Life Safety Products B.V., market leader for safety hammers and safety products for the automotive industry under the brand LIFEHAMMER\u00ae. Prior to Life Safety Products, Patrick spent 13 years at Poppers Holding B.V., a manufacturer and distributor of pneumatic tools and fasteners. At Poppers, Patrick held various Board Member positions and also became shareholder. Patrick started his career in 1991 as a Management Trainee at Metabowerke GmbH & Co KG in Germany, a manufacturer of electric hand held and stationary power tools, and served in various roles in product management, sales and marketing until 1998. Patrick holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hogeschool Haarlem. During his career Patrick spent more than 11 years abroad and developed himself into an entrepreneurial CEO, skilled in international business development, distribution, manufacturing and sourcing, building a solid track record and excellent reputation.

Prior to joining Scan Modul, Robbert worked as an M&A consultant for BDO serving a broad range of clients operating in the wholesale-, TMT- and building industry. Robbert started his career as an auditor trainee and worked himself up to a manager specialized in mid-market firms. [\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Ahikam heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in corporate finance en bedrijfsvoering, waaronder sales activiteiten, business analyse, M & A, financi\u00eble verslaggeving en financi\u00eble systemen. Ahikam was de mede-oprichter en CFO van Check Inc. Check Inc werd door Intuit verworvenin juni 2014 Hiervoor was Ahikam was de General manager van Stanley Healthcare Europe, een dochteronderneming van Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) eveneens een S & P 500-onderneming, waar hij de leiding had over 150 mensen en verantwoordelijk was voor tientallen miljoenen aan jaarlijkse inkomsten. Voorafgaand aan Stanley, was Ahikam CFO van AeroScout Inc., overgenomen door Stanley, Black&Decker (NYSE:SWK).Ahikam heeftook belangrijke zakelijke financi\u00eble functies gehad bij HP (NYSE: HPQ) en Mercury Interactive (NASDAQ: Merq). Daarvoor Ahikam diende als CFO of Conduct Software Inc, een bedrijf dat door Mercury Interactive werd overgenomen in november 1999. Uri Yaffe heeft als topmanager wereldwijde ervaring op het gebied van algemeen management, business development, sales en operations, met name bij technologische organisaties. Voordat hij bij ScanModul\u00ae kwam, leidde Uri business development activiteiten op het gebied van draadloze en beveiligingsprocessen.<\/p>\n

Uri Yaffe was CEO bij e-SIM, een toonaangevend bedrijf in de ontwikkeling van mobiele telefonie. Totdat het bedrijf werd verkocht aan Sky Mobile Media was Uri als VP verantwoordelijk voor de wereldwijde verkoop.<\/p>\n

Eerder gaf hij leiding aan een divisie van BVR-systemen, dat debriefing systems, in-flight embedded systems en simulators ontwikkeld en verkoopt.<\/p>\n

Uri Yaffe heeft een B.Sc. in Air Transportation Management van de Universiteit van New Haven, US.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
